Service Technician – Recreational Vehicle

Job Responsibilities

Examine and diagnose vehicles
Discuss repairs with shop foreman or service advisor
Communicate additional service requests to service advisor
Plan work in cooperation with shop foreman
Provide labor estimates to service advisor
Monitor repair time and update service advisor
Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies on vehicle care and operation
Complete story and/or documentation for client repairs
Assist in mentoring technician trainees
Attend company and factory training
Keep current with factory technical bulletins
Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations (such as disposal of hazardous waste)
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or GED (general equivalency diploma); or 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Driver's License & RVIA Certification
Compensation
We are a flate-rate shop with a bonus program. Compensation is based on experience and commensurate with Fortune 500 companies.

Inside Sales Representative  
Payplan:
$36,000 - $120,000 annually
Description: 
As an RVsurance Inside Sales Representative, you will work as a personal lines insurance consultant, helping prospects find the right insurance policy that meets their needs. Prospects will be warm inbound leads that are currently interested in purchasing an insurance policy. The ideal team member will demonstrate a high level of professionalism while embracing our company culture and enjoy a competitive sales environment.
The ideal candidate will: 

Be able to adapt and overcome objections 
Thrive in a fast paced work environment 
Have strong communication skills 
Experienced in CRM platforms 
Be able to deliver a positive customer experience
Requirements: 

1+ years of prior sales experience 
Have a valid property & casualty insurance license 
Ability to excel with phone based sales 
Demonstrate professional negotiation skills to achieve goals
