What You’ll Do

• Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery)
• Present and demonstrate RV inventory in a professional, engaging way
• Follow up with leads using our CRM system
• Build relationships to generate repeat and referral business
• Stay up to date on inventory, pricing, and market trends

What You Need to Succeed

• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive attitude and competitive mindset
• Ability to stay organized and follow a sales process
• Willingness to work weekends (peak earning time)
• Experience in retail, customer service, or sales is a plus—but not required
