Pre-Delivery Inspection Technician

Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a highly motivated, ambitious person to become a Pre-Delivery Inspection Technician. The Product Technician provides Service Department support leading up to, and on the delivery of the unit to the customer.

Job Responsibilities

• Engage with Sales department once sale has been completed
• Get unit ready for delivery
• Perform basic technician service and handywork to prepare unit for delivery
• Guide customers through their Show and Tell
• Introduce customer to dealership personnel
• Demonstrate key unit features and functionality to new owner
• Make sure every guest receives the highest level of customer service

Education and/or Experience

High School Diploma or GED; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
